Mexican Headhuner

1 oz reposado tequila
2/3 oz anejo tequila
2/3 oz lemon
½ oz sage gomme (sage infused simple syrup)
½ oz honey mix
1 tsp ginger juice / ginger beer
1 1/3 oz pineapple juice
2 dashes of orange bitters

Shake and strain into a chilled glass
