1 oz lime
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz OJ
1 oz grenadine
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz gold rum or virgin islands rum
2 drops of pernod

Shake with ice, pour strained into a hurricane glass full of crushed ice.  Top with a squeezed lime half garnish with a umbrella pineapple, and a jello shot made in a Moai ice mold
